However, residents of Kampung Sungai Buloh Baru have been experiencing dissatisfaction over the many issues that comes with these developments and one of the is the traffic congestion that is due to the fact that roads are too small and are mostly badly damaged. These issues have been raised but the local councils were not doing anything about it. The road conditions were so bad that 11 factories had to chip in a total of RM60,000 to fix a 300-metre stretch along Jalan Tong Seng. Apart from bad road conditions, there are also issues with people stealing metal rods around town to sell for money.
