    Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is a trusted developer whose previous success includes Desa Coalfields, also a residential and commercial township which holds over 2,000 units of houses on 230 acres of land. Following that is Bandar Seri Coalfields which shows much promise by the looks of their sales. Traffic in Bandar Seri Coalfields is currently still uncongested; however travelling to the city centre might be cause for pain as it is still quite a distance even without any traffic snarl. Buyers of the first phase foresee traffic in the area heading downhill with all the developments going on in the area, signifying a larger amount of people moving to that part of town; but every cloud has a silver lining as more development indicates better returns on the property. The fact that the housing areas in Bandar Seri Coalfields are not gated and guarded is a cause of concern for the residents. A Facebook group has been formed by residents in order to gather residents of the same area to form Residents Associations in relation to the neighbourhood. The purpose of the group is not just to get to know the neighbours but to get together to hire good security firms to safeguard their homes and their safety.Bandar Seri Coalfields is a very nice place to stay in, set back from the hustle and bustle of city life, and is a peaceful place for children to grow up in as well.
