    USJ 5 comprises both old and newer houses. The older ones are priced slightly cheaper than the newer ones, but of course, one have to expect lower quality for finishes and materials used. For older houses, a massive renovation would be necessary to make the house look new and modern. Residents of USJ 5 most probably may not need to travel very far away as there are plenty of amenities nearby. However, traffic in the area is a nightmare during peak hours. In USJ, there is bound to be traffic congestions daily. USJ 5 boasts a very friendly and helpful community. Security should pose no big issue as residents in the neighborhood are very pro-active. They have already set-up several websites to inter-connect all residents; knowing your neighbor is the first line of defence against any burglary. Furthermore, residents have also setup a neighborhood watch program. Undoubtedly, USJ 5 is one of the most expensive and affluent neighborhoods in Subang.
