    The neighborhood of USJ 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D has commenced a gated and guarded scheme since September 2009. The environment and surroundings of the neighborhood is very serene and quiet. Residents should expect slow moving traffic during peak hours from / to Federal Highway via Persiaran Tujuan and all the way to USJ 4 and USJ 11.Traffic around the area of USJ 3B and its neighbors are terribly congested during peak hours, and even during weekends. Even so, traffic congestion is very difficult to avoid during rush hours in Subang Jaya. Currently, there is an LRT extension development nearby due to be completed in 2015 to improve public transportation conveniences.
