The neighborhood of USJ 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D has commenced a gated and guarded scheme since September 2009. The environment and surroundings of the neighborhood is very serene and quiet. It is surrounded by plenty of amenities which provide residents more convenience in terms of travelling.Residents of USJ 3A should expect slow moving traffic during peak hours from / to Federal Highway via Persiaran Tujuan all the way from USJ 4 to SS19. Traffic around the area is terribly congested during peak hours, and even during weekends. Even so, traffic congestion is very difficult to avoid during rush hours in USJ. Currently, there is an LRT extension development nearby due to be completed in 2015 to improve public transportation conveniences.
