    Analysis

    USJ 23 is among the last precincts developed by Sime UEP back in the 2000s. Hence, most of the houses here are newer compared to the ones in USJ 2, USJ 4, USJ 5 and USJ 11. However, it is located far near the southern end of the USJ vicinity, nearing Putra Heights. If you are commuting from Petaling Jaya or Federal Highway, you have to drive another 5 km to reach USJ 23 from the Persiaran Kewajipan exit. The prices of the houses in USJ 23 has escalated over the years ever since many new developments have surrounded the area. The prices are quite reasonable considering its strategic location and the 24 hour security facility provided.
