USJ 17 is a gated and guarded residential precinct that houses a mixed type of residences, from 2-storey terrace houses to semi-detached homes, bungalows and a low-rise condominium.     USJ 17 is among the last precincts developed by UEP Sime back in the early 2000s. Hence, most houses here are newer compared to the ones in USJ 2, USJ 4, USJ 5, USJ 9 and USJ 11. The environment here is quiet and serene. There are plenty of parks, jogging tracks and gardens around the area for residents who desire a healthy lifestyle. Also, residents can go to the two rows of shop lots within the neighbourhood where there are many popular eateries and a convenience store.Overall, it would be a great buy for own stay and investment. Being an affluent neighbourhood, there are plenty of amenities and facilities nearby USJ 17. Hence, buyers should not worry about that. However, residents should be prepared to face daily traffic jams during rush hours as there are only a few exits around the neighbourhood.
