  • Analysis

The Summit is one of the oldest developments in USJ which was completed in 1998. Over the years, it has been badly maintained. Around 2009, AmFirst bought over the development for RM305 million and refurbished it. The development is strategically located in the vibrant commercial area of USJ. However, the traffic at Persiaran Kewajipan is usually very bad during rush hours. It is surrounded by plenty of shopping malls and commercial areas. As such, people working in Menara Summit can have lots of choices for food during lunch hours. Many new developments are ongoing in USJ. One of the outgoing developments that will benefit the development is a LRT station situated within walking distance. It is slated for completion by 2015.
