    Analysis

One City is dubbed to become a new landmark of USJ, and set to become a self-contained commercial hub. It is also superbly supported by a large catchment of population from Putra Heights, Puchong and Shah Alam which have craved for a bold and dynamic commercial development. One of the determining success factors for One City is the access road and the relocation of the existing Hindu temple. The developer has built a major revamp for the access route where the traffic from USJ is directly diverted into the vicinity of the development. Opposite the development is The Main Place, a shopping mall in USJ 21. Both of these developments have substantially increased the traffic around the area.
