Indera Subang is one of the older high-rise serviced residences in USJ. It would be suitable for those who prefer living or are working in the Klang Valley area. The prices of the properties here are reasonable considering its strategic location. It is much cheaper compared to newer developments nearby as the newer developments have more facilities and modern designs. Apart from that, the prices here are pretty much stagnant as it is an old development. Traffic congestion may be an issue in USJ but it is a situation that is difficult to avoid in Klang Valley.
