Since the rental is quite high, there might be multiple people sharing an apartment. Manipal International University in Kelana Jaya also rent in some units of the apartment for their students.In terms of accessibility, U1 Residence Suites is located in the intersection of Federal Highway, North-South Expressway and Batu Tiga, Shah Alam Bypass.
