The developer has completed many developments, such as Sunway Damansara, Sunway SPK Damansara, Bandar Sunway, Casa Kiara I and Sunway Cheras just to name a few in Klang Valley. Aside from Klang Valley, they are very actively involved in property developments in other states such as Penang, Ipoh, as well as overseas which includes India and China. Sunway Alam Suria is really a nice residential development fully equipped with beautiful landscape and essential infrastructure. Given the proven track records of the developer, the quality of the houses has always been the main aim for them. For the cluster homes, they have allowed for 10x65 garden for each house to create the garden style home. Generally, Sunway Alam Suria is a good buy for own stay or investment, as it is situated in the fast growing Shah Alam. Though some people might feel that the built-up areas offered is at the low side and not in-line with the selling price, but Sunway Alam Suria still remains as one of the best selling spots in Klang Valley.
