    There were recent cases of robberies happening around the Shah Alam area in which Section 16 was also included as well. However, residents have nothing to worry about as there are patrol officers on and about within the vicinity of Section 16 and this has been evident when one of the robbery cases was featured on the news whereby a policeman broke a tooth and suffered some minor injuries when he tried to wrestle down a suspected robber which was armed with a parang. Section 16 is a good place to call home as it is a matured residential neighborhood and one can easily find numerous amenities within close proximity. The prices here are still affordable compared to the latest developments in surrounding area outside Shah Alam whereby a double-storey terrace can easily fetch RM600,000.
