    UOA Business Park has the benefit of being located in what many would consider a prime area. With direct access to public transportation and surrounding major highways such as the Federal Highway, LDP, NPE and NKVE, it is no wonder why most of the units have been sold out already. The developers of UOA Business Park predicted a growing demand for more office space, knowing that developing office units would equate to a definite capital appreciation in the coming years. As mentioned earlier, most of the units have already been booked and sold out, with less than 30 units left for the taking. UOA Business Park will also see the introduction of a link bridge which will connect the Subang KTM Station and future LRT station with one another. Its close proximity to shopping centres and food and beverage outlets is also a pulling factor.
