Traffic congestion is however at an all time bad during peak hours, as the single access roads leads only towards to the Subang Airport roundabout which is highly congested during peak hours both towards Subang and Kuala Lumpur. The community comprises the highly elite, where almost all the owners know each other. Strangers are rare in these parts, and break-ins are unheard of; although there were rumours in the twilight years of people attempting to break in from the golf course.Homes in Palm View are highly desirable, where not even money can buy a home here due to its highly limited units.
