Being nestled amongst lush greeneries and still being able to be easily connected with the other part of Klang Valley, it is a total retreat for most city slickers. Apart from that, with only 19 units being developed in the whole residential area, residents do really get to enjoy the peaceful and calm surroundings in the comfort of their own homes and city homes like these are very hard to come by nowadays.There was a strong protest against the development of a 19-storey condominium, Serai Saujana next to Fairway 18 years back. The residents stated that, most of them bought units in Fairway 18 because of its privacy and exclusivity, but with the development of the condominium, views will be obstructed and could cause noise pollution.
