    If you are a golf enthusiast, then Monterez is for you. As you step out of your doorstep, you will be greeted with a beautiful 18-hole golf course. Besides golf, there is also spa and a variety of club facilities residents can utilize. Furthermore, you will find an easy going lifestyle amidst a luxurious blanket of green and soft rolling hills.There are still two phases yet to be lived in. One is said to be Casa Mon't, consisting of semi-detached houses. There is also bungalow development plan being whispered online, but no concrete proof is provided. There are not many people selling off their units, making people to assume these places are for buyers' own residential home rather than an immediate investment product.There is only one entry / exit point at Monterez, that is via Jalan Pekan Subang from Jalan Sungai Buloh. This may causes some some traffic congestion to the residents during peak hours as people would be queuing to enter the nearby highways.
