Many like the fact that The Lakes Condominiums is situated near to ample amenities within a short walk or a short drive away. One can easily drive to prominent towns such as Subang Jaya and Shah Alam within a mere 20 minutes’ drive away.However, there are also many who have numerous complaints of the facilities provided at The Lakes Condominiums. Most issues were evolved around the fact that there are insufficient parking spaces for families who own 2 cars or above as each unit are only allocated to one parking space and the rest will have to park at the visitors’ car park which consists of only 20 units. Another issue will be the lifts that always break down during rainy days and some even claimed that they were electrocuted by the lifts during these rainy days. Many complaints has been filed but to no avail, mentioned some of the residents staying there.
