The management body of the apartment is claimed as insufficient. There was a case whereby the management body of Sri Kemuning has left branches that have been cut all piled up into the drain next to one of the blocks. Residents complained that the drains have been clogged up and has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes. A resident even went to lengths to visit the developer’s office and to let them know about this issue but there was no action taken as well. The management body of Sri Kemuning has also failed to carry out fogging as well which could have potentially been a breeding ground for dengue mosquitoes. At that time, the drains that was clogged up has also produced unpleasant smells which of course, the residents were not happy about. The residents doubted the management body’s act to promote a healthy and clean living lifestyle around the apartment. Residents were also unhappy about the fact that maintenance fees has increased in spite of the fact that there was no action taken even after residents have placed numerous complains regarding this issue. Sri Kemuning is a good place to stay for low to medium income groups. It is just mere minutes away to the recreational area in Kota Kemuning and near to abundance of amenities. Not only that, the area is also well furnished with abundance of greenery.
