The nearest malls are located in Shah Alam, being the SACC and Anggerik Mall; Sunway Pyramid is located 10 kilometers away. Basic amenities such as banking facilities and eateries could be found in a commercial area located nearby along Persiaran Anggerik Vanilla approximately 1 kilometer away.The hospital closest to Residence 33 is the Columbia Asia Hospital located at Bukit Rimau approximately 2.5 kilometers away. There are several schools located nearby, including SJKC Khe Beng, SJKT Ladang Emerald, SK Bukit Kemuning as well as SMK Seksyen 27. Roads leading in and out of the area are limited to the Lebuhraya Kemuning – Shah Alam (LKSA) and the Shah Alam Highway (KESAS). Public transport is not readily available in the vicinity.

    The developer of Kemuning 33 quotes the price at RM580 psf but comes with 20% rebate, effectively inflating the purchase price. The maintenance fee per month is rather steep at RM600 with minimal facilities, with the exception of security. Located in a matured and established area, Residence 33 is located next to very prestigious developments such as Kemuning Avenue, Kemuning Utama, as well as Mah Sing’s latest Kemuning Residence.
