Paramount Property Development is a wholly owned subsidiary of Paramount Corporation. They have been developing properties for more than 25 years, and have won a few awards in that time with the most recognised being the BCI Asia Top Ten Developers Malaysia 2011. Although Kemuning Utama Permai is a lovely neighbourhood to live in, it is unpractical if you work in Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya. There have been residents who complain that it takes them 1 hour and 50 minutes to reach their offices due to the terrible traffic in the morning; a route that will usually take less than half that time under normal circumstances. Unless the resident works in the area itself, they will need to face peak hour traffic congestion daily that will take a good part of their time up.However for those who live within the area or do not mind the traffic congestion, Kemuning Utama Permai is a wonderful place to stay in. They have a strong resident community where residents are highly cooperative, a value that has helped to increase the safety of residents as they have an understanding with the security team to not override the security guards just because friends are coming over to visit. Therefore all visitors have to register regardless, unless their family members have already informed the guardhouse of the number plate of the car and the visitors coming in. Overall this is a nice neighbourhood to live in as the environment is pleasant and quiet. As an investment this place might not do so well as the prices are very steep; enough to appear that they have hit the ceiling price. However as a permanent home this is a highly exclusive place with a very pleasant neighbourhood, perfect enough to be called home sweet home.
