    Founded in 1967, i-Berhad encompasses i-City Sdn Bhd the developer of i-Residence. Aiming towards building an upmarket serviced apartment, I-City engaged Jerde Partnership, a world-renowned urban planning firm to create the master plan and got Architects 61 an award winning architectural practice of Architects 61 Singapore to design the residence. Traffic congestion leading in and out of this area might be an issue although the developers are working on a dedicated interchange to be built in the area to reduce the traffic in the area.
