Of course, the developer's experience and past projects are the salient factors in evaluating a property developer's reputation, but their vast experience in property management and leasing might lend them a helpful hand. Buyers might want to take this into consideration.Bukit Jelutong is a sumptuous neighborhood, despite the fact that it is still in progress of being a lively city. The township is however well-planned, and the highways connecting the place to the other places are sufficient. It also indulges in its low-density element, further giving it positive qualities like more greeneries than the metropolises, and also calmness and serenity.But then again, the fact that it is still barely subtly populated brings up issues such as dying commercial spots and also a lack of public transportation.
