Most people claimed that the Lagenda series is among the best residential developments within Bukit Jelutong. It is factored by its large built-up size and practical layout together with good architecture design. Besides that, the corner units come with an outdoor courtyard that overlooks the garden. Compared to Lagenda 1, this latter phase offers better privacy as it comprises lesser units than Lagenda 1 which consists of 182 units. However, the drawback of Lagenda 2 is its location being next to the NKVE interchange. The row of units sited next to the interchange has to bear the noise and air pollution from the highway.
