    In terms of location, i-Parc1 is better located adjacent to Guthrie Corridor Highway, as i-Parc3 is situated deep inside the Bukit Jelutong Business and Technology Centre, which is accessible from Guthrie Corridor Highway via Jalan Monfort. i-Parc3 design, layout and features do not differ much from the previous two. Besides that, i-Parc3's launch price is just about RM10,000 more than i-Parc2. Hence, if you are interested in the 4-in-1 factory concept by Mah Sing, you should weigh your decision more on the location and price.
