This is because the condo is located in the midst of a network of highways that criss-cross to connect the entire Selangor area, thereby allowing for residents to travel quickly to various parts of the bustling state. In addition, there is also the KTM station nearby for those who do not own a vehicle of their own or wish to avoid the crowding on the roads. Even though there is such an excellent connectivity system surrounding the condominium, residents will still be assured of their privacy and serenity being preserved seeing as how there are no other properties directly nearby apart from the Elaeis 1.However, as with all of the other properties in a major city that enjoys easy access to highways and expressways, one would of course have to be aware that it also comes with the peak hour traffic snarls that inevitably occur on a daily basis, even more so when there is a tropical downpour. In addition, because Elaeis 2 is one of the lower-priced condominiums, it would mean that there are some problems that are usually associated with lower costs such as leaks and peeling paint.
