Analysis

The surrounding of Elaeis 1 is very serene and livable. There are lush greenery surrounding it and the area is not as busy as most areas in Klang Valley and Shah Alam. It is a good place to grow kids within limited budget in Bukit Jelutong. As each unit at Elaeis 1 comes with only a single parking, one can evidenced long lines of cars in front of the condominium at night. The same problem occurs for Elaeis 2. So far, the police traffic has been kind by not issuing any summon.
