Sephira is one of the sub-projects out of the bigger picture that is in Alam Impian by the developer of Taman Tun Dr. Ismail fame - Naza TTDI. TTDI Alam Impian is a self-sustained township located in Shah Alam, Selangor. For students, SK Bukit Naga, SK Bukit Rimau, SJKC Khe Beng, SJKT Ladang Emerald and Sekolah Agama Rakyat Al-Falah with UiTM can be their preferred educational institutions.Shah Alam Bus & Taxi Terminal would make a good go-to spot for taxis and buses, but unfortunately it is around three kilometres away from Sephira. The Kemuning - Shah Alam Highway (LKSA) connects Alam Impian to the Federal Higway and the Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS). North - South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) is another alternative.

Taman Tun Dr. Ismail has served to be a springboard for the company and surely, Alam Impian is envisioned to replicate the success of Taman Tun Dr. Ismail. Though Alam Impian is located all the way in Shah Alam, the desire of working people of Kuala Lumpur to seek landed property in the less than urban areas of Selangor has helped in Sephira being an attractive proposition.The designs of the unit has not failed to increase the stature of Sephira. Cool elements like the internal courtyard and huge windows make the units stand out than the other units. Wider roads and the Green Building Index certification rubber-stamped the high respect that should be given to the property.As matured townships such as Kota Kemuning, Subang Jaya, Putra Heights and of course Shah Alam surround Alam Impian, those who do not mind the longer drives will revel in the choice of amenities that are in those areas. The school options, while not plenty, are just enough for families to feel at home in the area.However, to start developing a township, time is a crucial factor. Many have said that this would be a good bet for families and buyers who are buying for own stay. Investors are warned as no public transport is available within a short distance, and maybe the town has not fully grown yet. A purchase with hindsight is definitely advisable. However, once it booms, Alam Impian will definitely be a magnet for property hunters.
