Taman Tun Dr. Ismail has served to be a springboard for the company and surely, Alam Impian is envisioned to replicate the success of Taman Tun Dr. Ismail. Though Alam Impian is located all the way in Shah Alam, the desire of working people of Kuala Lumpur to seek landed property in the less than urban areas of Selangor has helped in Sephira being an attractive proposition.The designs of the unit has not failed to increase the stature of Sephira. Cool elements like the internal courtyard and huge windows make the units stand out than the other units. Wider roads and the Green Building Index certification rubber-stamped the high respect that should be given to the property.As matured townships such as Kota Kemuning, Subang Jaya, Putra Heights and of course Shah Alam surround Alam Impian, those who do not mind the longer drives will revel in the choice of amenities that are in those areas. The school options, while not plenty, are just enough for families to feel at home in the area.However, to start developing a township, time is a crucial factor.
