    It was quite frustrating for the owners of Nukilan 1 as the prices did not appreciate much as it supposed to be. It was launched at the same period as Nerida at Denai Alam, and Nukilan was priced a bit (about RM20,000) higher than Nerida back then. However, once they are completed in 2009, Ukiran 2 and Nukilan 2 were launched from RM538,000 and RM498,999 respectively. And of course, the earlier phase was tagged at lower price than that. The main drawbacks that contribute to this situation are the 60 sen toll imposed towards Alam Impian residents and lacking of amenities in the area. However, it is a norm for a township to be developer slowly and accordingly. I&P has definitely had everything planned. With over 1,235-acre of land, there are plenty of upcoming developments that will benefit the residents. It is all just a matter of time before harvest time.
