Taman Universiti Indah is a small town of mixed development from various developers catering for working adults to students. Traffic congestion is debatable depending on where the residents are travelling to with the usual congestion during peak hours in and out of the town. Being a small town area, Taman Universiti Indah is relatively safe especially with most of the homes offering 24-hour security. Even without the security, the town is still safe in comparison to the city centre. As an investment Taman Universiti Indah does not show as much potential as a house in the city would as the price of the property here does not appreciate as much and as drastically as a house in the city.
