Traffic congestion is a given during peak hours, especially on the Sungai Besi Highway where it is especially bad.Being a low cost housing development, the residents of Taman Seri Timah are expectedly to be of a certain stigma associated with the lower income group. Safety of the neighbourhood is also very much questioned, with many car thefts happening in the area with history showing car theft gangs hanging out and being busted in the area.Taman Seri Timah is not much of an investment, as besides being leasehold property is also located in a not so savoury part of town.
