    Taman Serdang Perdana is a very well connected development; however many find navigating their way around the area to be a pain due to the constant traffic congestion in the area which used to be worse prior to the construction of the Maju Expressway (MEX). Even after the construction of the highway, many still find the congestion to be unbearable.This has not however stopped the property development in Taman Serdang Perdana to continue growing with the property market's demand, especially with new developments such as the East Lake Residence and One South. As such, the area is expectedly noisy and dusty with much traffic and air pollution at all times.Despite all the apparent cons of the area, it is still deemed to be a good investment with its excellent proximity to the Kuala Lumpur city centre. Many of the units released here are snapped up quickly; either as an investment or as a permanent home which would be especially superb for residents who work in the area.
