SunGarden Villa is a housing development dedicated to the upmarket. It is however located in the outskirts in an area where traffic is a daily issue. The roads are generally congested at all hours, while holiday seasons and weekends will see the roads to Mines Shopping Fair at a standstill. Peak hours are usually the worst when all the main roads leading the housing developments are highly congested.The neighbourhood of SunGarden Villa is comparatively quiet and peaceful owing to its location which is set further back from the commercial areas and business park. Seri Kembangan as a whole has had many break-ins and snatch thefts reported, however SunGarden Villa seems to have escaped being a statistic due to their security.SunGarden Villa is looked upon by some as an investment as property booms in the outskirts. The price being asked for these homes are however quite ludicrous, as for that price tag, many would be able to buy homes in high end areas such as Mont Kiara, Kota Damansara and Ara Damansara which are much more central to the city centre. It is however a good place to call home for those who work in the outskirts and prefer living in the vicinity.
