Thus, Malton Group carries a significant reputation and brand name amongst the developers in Malaysia.The downside for SK One Residence is that the rows of shop lots circling the ground of which the property is being placed. These shops indicate a murky presentation of the area. Thus, it is hard for a positive and sumptuous outlook to be labelled to this area. Malton Group has obviously know of this problem, and it is thrilling to see what they have in store to eradicate the problem.Unfortunately the development is not close to any train station. This is a huge loss as train stations can be huge pulling power to any property. This is also ruining the possibility for investors or tenants to be attracted to this serviced residence.
