Analysis
The developer of Juta Mines, Galian Juta Property, is not a very well-known developer in town. There were limited information and track records can be found for this developer. When the developer re-launched this development in 2005, they did give discount as much as 6% to non-bumi and 13% to bumiputra to boast the sales. The newly completed roads around Juta Mines reduce the traffic congestion in the surrounding, due to the traffic diversion during the road construction. The only drawback is the lake view, which highly promoted by the developer, is actually located quite far away and not that kind of stunning great lake view. Generally, Juta Mines is still a good buy for own stay or investment, considering the price is quite cheap. The location provides convenience of daily needs and well served by a network of highway to access to all the major town would be added advantage to the condominium. However if you are looking for great lake view condominium, this may not be your cup of tea, as the lake is located quite far away from this condominium.
