Gardenz @ One South is located in a high-density area where it is already very populated. As it is, there are complaints that the area is over-crowded with predictions that traffic conditions will only worsen after all phases are complete. The jam to and from Kuala Lumpur can get extremely heavy as roads are narrow on both lanes. The four residential condominiums within the area also contribute to the hike in population and accompanying rise in bad traffic conditions. There have also been concerns regarding the tenants occupying the One South development, with many complaining that foreign students are moving into the area. Surrounding shop lots are also barely surviving, which does not bode well for investment purposes. Traffic conditions aside, Gardenz @ One South has a rather attractive concept. The price is considered reasonable, the facilities provided are extensive and it happens to be part of the most exclusive, high end development in Seri Kembangan.
