    Most purchasers bought Taman Prima Tropika because of its spacious and practical layout features. Besides that, they bought the house because of upcoming development plans in the area. And now, these buyers are definitely happy and satisfied with their purchases as the price of the houses has doubled in just 5 years. Even though the layout is spacious, there is no green patch or yard within the house. Thus, residents cannot do small gardening within the house area. However, there is a small green patch in front of the house which is shared with the next-door neighbor.However, the area is lacking of schools. At the moment, schools are reachable by 10 minutes drive away – SK Putrajaya Precinct 11, SRA Kafa Integrasi Al-Alim and Alice Smith International School.
