Garden Explore is just next to its direct competitor, The Atmosphere which comprises shop-office lots and a retail mall. At the moment, Giant Hypermarket (part of The Atmosphere) is already opened for business. Besides The Atmosphere, other contenders are Equine Boulevard and TTDI Dualis. Thus, over-supply of shop-offices might occur in near future.Even though The Atmosphere is a competitor to Garden Explore, both are actually developed by the same developer, Tempo Properties. Hence, it is believed there will be a lot of differences in terms of features between both developments. Besides The Atmosphere, Tempo Properties is also the same developer for Taman Prima Tropika in Seri Kembangan, and Medan Suria and Taman Cengal Utama in Seremban. A unique feature of Garden Explore is that cars will not be allowed into that area. Rather, visitors will have to walk or cycle their way through the mall. Somehow, this might create difficulty for the patrons to travel from one shop to another. The green concept featured by Green Explore is to allow the patrons to enjoy outdoor lifestyle.
