Analysis

There are apparently many bad reviews regarding Desaminium Rimba. There were complaints regarding the developer being irresponsible as there are still many units unsold even after 4 to 5 years. Apart from that, there were numerous complaints over the management of Desaminium Rimba as the clubhouse does not operate well as well as other facilities within the apartment. Many have recommended others not to purchase units as they will regret later on. The locality of the property is not pleasing as it is located quite far from the amenities. Residents staying there also commented that it is not convenient there as there are no shops within walking distances from the apartment.
