Even though Desaminium Flora is a condominium (which was marketed as a resort condominium), but it is far from being one. The condominium is lacking of facilities like the basic of a swimming pool for example. When it was launched, the developer promised a vast array of facilities that include shopping podium, library, multiple pools and even a Cineplex which turned out to be just a playground. Adding to the frustration, the maintenance fee is RM110 per month. The Desaminium Flora area is a suitable area mainly because of its amenities located around it. Most of the amenities are only about 5 minutes away from the condominium, definitely making it beneficiary for residents. Located nearby highways may be a useful thing, but it sometimes can prove to be troublesome. The common peak hour traffic congestion is to be expected by residents.
