    It would be unfair to outrightly say that properties from new developers are suspicious in term of quality, but then again, most new developers have managed to mess up their properties so much so that the purchasers are burdened with problems, before and during their stay at their paid-for units. This is the case with Ehsan Plant & Property, as Ehsan Residence is part of their first six properties. The developments before are a conversion of a five-storey shop lot to a budget hotel, a redevelopment of a small worshipping place for Muslims, Apartment Dimensi, Taman Salam Nadiah and Taman Pinggiran Markisa. Thus, they do have the experience, but not yet the total conviction that public would usually give to more reputable developers.Surely, there are still many other niceties that Ehsan Residence can offer. The best one would be its closeness to some of the famous college that the country could offer. INTI International Universiti and Nilai University have been there for a long time. USIM and KUIS offer alternative Islamic-based learning on various fields in science and human sciences, while Manipal International University is a new campus from the well-known India-based Manipal University. Another new college development, the Xiamen University, is also something that is akin to Manipal University, but instead this time Xiamen is linked with China. Hence, students and lecturers surely make up a large part of the population around this area.The area around Ehsan Residence is not heavily conquered by residential units, although they are definitely plenty, there are still many unexplored green lands around the area. Basic amenities are already there, now the time has come for the area to enter its next phase, and that can be achieved if the population increases. With proximity to KLIA and KLIA2, several colleges, some highways and even the Sepang Internation Circuit, it looks like a possibility that is just waiting to materialize.
