Harmoni Park is a low density development, with moderate facilities located at a less than ideal location. It is due to the location that despite being launched in 2011, the prices have hardly increased despite the prevailing bull property market in Selangor. It is located way off the beaten path, and a commute to Kuala Lumpur during rush hour would take one hour at the very least.
