    The township is divided into 4 sections with Bandar Rinching Section 1 and 2 being the bigger residential zones. There are still many on-going developments mainly within close proximity to Section and 1 and Section 4. A huge Tesco Semenyih and a commercial hub called Wang Commercial Square are set to be built just opposite of Section 4.Apart from that, there is a police station Semenyih that is still under construction and sited opposite of Bandar Rinching Section 4. With the many planned developments within close vicinity, the appreciation of the property values looks promising. However, certain units in Bandar Rinching Section 4 are facing the cemetery which some might think it is not an auspicious thing to have your home facing the cemetery especially Chinese. But not all units are facing towards the cemetery so there is nothing much to worry about there.
