There have been numerous break-ins occurred for years in the vicinity of Templer Saujana, which were normally happened during daylight. In order to solve this issue, the residents have built a guard post at the entrance of the enclave. Templer Saujana is developed by the infamous Talam. The company is infamous for low quality product and late delivery. From the look of this development, one should be surprised that these houses are less than a decade old as the design and architecture is really old and boring.The location of Templer Saujana is indeed far away from Rawang and KL city centre. If you are working in Rawang, perhaps you should look for houses in Rawang instead, and even if you like this area, you should look for other surrounding alternatives, such as Selayang. The prices do not differ much.
