There are three schools located nearby, which are SJKC San Yuk, SMK Seri Garing and SMK Sungai Choh. Eateries are available all over the township which is less than 5 minutes’ drive away. AEON Rawang is merely 15 minutes away. The nearest Tesco however’ is 30-35 minutes away depending on traffic conditions.In terms of accessibility, Taman Waterfall offers easy access to the KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway Highway (LATAR), the North-South Expressway (PLUS) and the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE). Public transport is also relatively convenient as the Rawang bus terminal is a 3 minute walk away whereas the Rawang KTM station would take 5 to 7 minutes.

    The up-and-coming developers, LSSC Developments worked in conjunction with Big House Management Services in the creation of Taman Waterfall. Despite the developer’s penchant for being involved in lawsuits, their craftsmanship are generally regarded as satisfactory, having worked closely with Big House over the years where they have worked together on many developments within the vicinity of Rawang.Traffic congestion is an issue within the vicinity of Rawang, as even on non-peak hours the main roads in the town could see some heavy congestion. The high crime rate within the vicinity has probed the police to launch an I-Alert system that is available in Rawang, which would cost RM840 per annum. The police could be alerted at the push of a single button and the system allows the police to be at the crime scene within 8 minutes, or so they say, after the push of the panic button.The Rawang area is generally seen as a flop in the development scene for previously there was a lot of hype about the investments in the area, and the results did not meet the high expectations of the investors. Be that as it may, the properties in the area have seen a significant amount of appreciation. However, the high crime rate has turned many tenants away whom fear for their safety.
