Despite the developer’s penchant for being involved in lawsuits, their craftsmanship are generally regarded as satisfactory, having worked closely with Big House over the years where they have worked together on many developments within the vicinity of Rawang.Traffic congestion is an issue within the vicinity of Rawang, as even on non-peak hours the main roads in the town could see some heavy congestion. The high crime rate within the vicinity has probed the police to launch an I-Alert system that is available in Rawang, which would cost RM840 per annum.
