For those who are looking for affordable property in a place where there is good growth and constant development, Rawang is the place to be as the area has been growing exponentially to keep up with the increasing number of population as well as the demand for places which can meet the needs of residents. Taman Tun Perak is considered a residential area that not only allows for residents to be close to the town centre where most of the amenities are, but is also located far enough to prevent invasion of privacy.However, the town centre, which is only a 10 minute drive away, is riddled with illegal loan shark notices all over the place and even on traffic signboards and the foreign workers actually outnumber the locals. Enforcement from the local authorities have been lax, if any. There is also the problem of traffic congestion to deal with, seeing as how residents need to use the main roads to get home. The other alternative, which is the usage of the trunk road, is dangerous as there are no barriers to separate both sides of the traffic and its usually one way for both sides.
