The roads in Rawang are usually mildly congested throughout the day due to ongoing construction, while peak hours witness the roads coming to a standstill.Many of the people who stay in Rawang and residential developments such as Taman Garing Permai actually work within the Kuala Lumpur city centre. Most of them have moved to the outskirts here due to prices of property in the city inflating insanely. As such, buyers will find that many of the people who live here are white collared workers.Rawang has been a coming and going hotspot for property speculators due to its not too far location from the city of Kuala Lumpur and its abundance of freehold and affordable land.
