This firm ventured into property industry on February 2011 and currently working on two projects. The Two is a commercial project this firm is developing besides LakeClub Parkhome. This residence was launched with the price of RM280 psf and were fully sold out. The second phase which would be launched anytime soon is expected to have a higher launch price as investors are looking forward for the launching. Investors whom are interested in buying LakeClub Parkhome as a luxury home away from the hustle and bustle of city, surrounded by greenery and serene parks should consider buying this property.
