Analysis
Like its name, Bandar Country Homes offers country living within lush green surroundings and just within few kilometers away from KL city centre. It is suitable for ones who want to escape the bustling city life and enjoy calm environment but still have to commute to the city. Up to this date, residents claimed that their mobile networks are very bad at some parts of the township. Drop calls normally occur during conversation. Adding to that, Bandar Country Homes still lacks of wireless broadband coverage. Residents also claimed that there is heavy traffic light congestion from Bandar Country Homes towards the toll. The traffic jam starts as early as 6.30 am in the morning. This is due to majority of residents here commuting to the city centre to work. It takes 1 hour to drive to KL during these rush hours, but only 30 minutes in the weekends.Since the past 5 years, the community here at Bandar Country Homes seems to start growing. Most of the houses have been occupied, and the property prices have escalated a bit by bit (but not as well as normal landed properties around Klang Valley). It is still a good sign for home owners of Bandar Country Homes even though quite a number of units can be found in property auctions from time to time.
