As a result, we should expect to see some grand designs that scream opulence - whether or not the layout design is practical is up to the Architects. As it aims to be a place where only society's elite will live, it is no surprise that there is a hefty price tag to match it - between RM6 million and RM11.8 million.So the question is, considering everything goes well, is Diamond Hill right for the amount of money you spend on it? Land spaces are huge, as well as the built-ups so that is definitely a plus point. Some homes do not have their own personal pool or jacuzzi, which makes it less value for money considering you are spending that much. Although you do get access to the Palm Garden Golf Club complete with the 18 hole championship golf course, there is nothing like staying in your own home and enjoying your own pool and jacuzzi yourself.
